Doublespace changes spacing between sentences to be two spaces.
The purpose is to fix up the intra-sentence spacing so as to fulfil this paragraph in the RFC Editor's Instructions to Authors (http://www.isi.edu/in-notes/rfc-editor/instructions2authors.txt):
"When a sentence ended by a period is immediately followed by another sentence, there should be two blank spaces after the period. This rule provides clarity when an RFC is displayed or printed with a fixed-width font."
